Ships Inn - Hampton

This is surely the best low cost hotel, very helpful staff, great-sized rooms. Would come here again for the location, it was great.

Had central location to board walk.

I was here for 3 days and would stay here again.

Some people working there were very rude.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! They genuinely cared about my comfort and were really good too provide excellent service,, which brightened my stay.

Cleanliness was a major downside-upon arrival, there was sand on the carpet and in the tub, raising concerns about housekeeping standards.

For the location, it was perfect. We were close to the beach.

The available BBQs were not clean

I liked staff and location.

Room lacked a mirror and shelves in the bathroom!!! Torn wallpaper, broken fixtures, and dirty pools need attention!!! Could be improved with proper cleaning and maintenance!!!

The staff were very very helpful and helped us with free parking. Great location for our visit to a natural history museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.
